A French writer in love with English
Andrea Conner is a writer based in France. Born and raised in the middle of the Alps, she fell in love with English first, then discovered creative writing at age 10.
Crafting stories became a passion that never left her, even in her darkest times. Hundreds of thousands of words quietly piled up in notebooks, note apps, and software of all kinds, but it wasn’t until 2023 that she decided to pursue self-publishing and take her writing seriously beyond private pages. After three years of intense work, her debut novel, N* O** W** T****, is scheduled for release in 2026. It’s the starting point for many books set in the universe she’s been imagining since she was 15.
Writing is no longer something she keeps hidden
In her stories, she explores her characters’ morals and psychology. From a very young age, the gray areas of the human mind have fascinated her. Villains have always felt more interesting than knights in shining armor, so it’s no surprise that her characters don’t really follow rules and make their own instead.
Beyond writing
Splitting her time between graphic design, in which she holds a bachelor’s degree, traditional art, and writing, Andrea Conner works across multiple creative fields. From mixed media to digital art, she creates daily, moving freely between mediums. When she’s not writing, she’s exploring new techniques and styles in visual art. She designed her book covers using her favorite digital technique, photo manipulation, assembling different images to bring her ideas to life.
